Our business covers product design, supplier sourcing, sampling, production coordination, online sales and customer service. We work with overseas customers and suppliers across different product categories, and we are currently expanding our sourcing and supply chain support team.

Job Profile:

We are hiring a remote part-time supply chain assistant to assist the company in product supplier development, price inquiries, quotation compilation, sample follow-up, and production schedule coordination.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Finding suitable suppliers on Alibaba, 1688, WeChat, or other channels based on product requirements;

2. Contacting factories and inquiring about MOQ, sample cost, unit price, material, production time, shipping options, etc.;

3. Compiling supplier quotation lists, comparing prices, processes, delivery times, and sample costs;

4. Following up on sample production, production progress, quality issues, and shipping arrangements;

5. Assisting in communicating product details with suppliers, such as size, material, plating, packaging, and process requirements;

6. Reporting supply chain progress to the team daily and compiling relevant documents and forms in Airtable;

7. Familiarity with Shopify platform operations and Shop Assistant;

8. Proficiency in office tools such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Notion.

Our products mainly include jewelry, brooches, and other cultural and creative products.
