Responsibilities:

As Assistant Director of Engineering,we rely on you to

  • Develop and execute engineering strategies that align with and support the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead engineering teams in product development, technology innovation, and project management activities.
  • Establish and continuously improve engineering processes, quality systems, and technical standards.
  • Manage project resources to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer teams.


Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a people leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering project management, product development processes, and quality management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to drive organizational change and continuous improvement.Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related discipline.
