Qualifications:

- Comfortable building processes from scratch and improving systems over time.

- Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, people, vendors, and follow-up items at the same time.

- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling employee, financial, vendor, and company information.

- Experience with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, Notion, QuickBooks, Gusto, Rippling, or similar tools is preferred.

- Professional level, fluent Mandarin Chinese speaking and writing ability is required.
