About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional early years educator to join a private family as a Private Home Tutor / Early Years English Teacher for a young kid (ages 0–6). This is a chance to apply your international kindergarten expertise in a warm, personalised environment where your teaching can have a truly lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do
Design and deliver a developmentally appropriate, play-based learning programme tailored to child's age and interests (0–6 years)
Support early language, cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development in an immersive English-speaking environment
Manage daily routines — meals, naps, outings, and schedules — with warmth and consistency
Foster independence, good manners, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning
Track developmental milestones and coordinate with the family (and, where relevant, schools) on the child's progress
Manage overall educational resource, and play a critical contact window between famiy and school.
Travel with the family domestically and internationally as needed
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home learning environment

Qualifications:

Who You Are
Native or native-level English speaker with excellent communication skills
Background in early childhood education, with international kindergarten teaching experience essential
Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, teaching (PGCE/QTS), or a recognised pedagogy (Montessori/AMI, IB PYP, Waldorf) — preferred
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with children aged 0–6
Pediatric First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clean criminal record / background check
Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not required
Warm, patient, discreet, and highly professional; able to work autonomously and adapt to the rhythms of a private household
