Business Development Manager (Mexican native, based in Mexico)

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze international market trends, understand competitor landscape, and provide insights for market expansion strategies.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster client loyalty.
- Identify and develop new client resources to expand the market share.
- Develop and implement product promotion plans, publicizing company products through various channels.
- Participate in international exhibitions to showcase and promote products.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth sales processes.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:
- Mexican native is a must.
- Proven experience in successfully developing international markets is preferred. High potential is welcome as well.
- Possess an international perspective and strategic business thinking, with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, expression, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly motivated, with strong professional ethics and integrity.
