Foreign Trade Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Development & Maintenance



Independently develop new customers in the European and American markets through trade shows, B2B platforms, social media, email, and other channels.



Maintain relationships with existing customers, regularly follow up on their needs, and encourage repeat orders and long-term cooperation.



2. Quotation & Business Communication



Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate product quotations, technical solutions, and commercial terms.



Communicate efficiently with customers via email, phone, video conference, etc., answer questions, and help close orders.



3. Contract & Order Management



Draft, review, and sign sales contracts based on mutual agreement; prepare proforma invoices / commercial invoices.



Follow up on order progress, arrange and confirm customer payments to ensure timely receipt of funds.



4. Logistics & Documentation Coordination



Contact official or partner freight forwarders to arrange booking, shipment, and export customs clearance.



Submit and verify the required customs declaration information and documents; confirm delivery dates and bill of lading details with customers to ensure smooth shipment.



5. Customer Reception & Factory Tour



Take charge of receiving foreign customers (itinerary arrangement, business meetings, meal accompaniment, etc.).



Accompany customers on factory tours, introduce production processes, quality control, and product advantages to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
