Senior Filter Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.引进滤器行业的新技术、新工艺，对现工艺进行持续改进
Introduce new technologies and processes from the filter industry, and continuously improve the current process
2.负责过滤器壳体、滤芯、相关配件的设计开发，对销售部门及客户提供相关技术支持
Responsible for the design and development of filter housing, filter element, and related accessories, providing technical support to sales departments and customers
3.充分理解过滤器市场和客户需求，确定所需要开发的产品，并制定实施开发计划
Fully understand the filter market and customer needs, determine the products that need to be developed, and develop and implement a development plan
4.保证产品图纸、BOM、技术标准、工艺技术文件等的及时准确编制、批准、发放、存档
Ensure timely and accurate preparation, approval, distribution, and archiving of product drawings, BOMs, technical standards, process technical documents, etc
5.跟踪新品、样品项目，确保项目计划的有效实施
Track new product and sample projects to ensure effective implementation of project plans
6.及时解决原材料相关技术问题，跟踪准备合格模具、工装夹具，进行现场制作与测试工艺指导
Timely resolve technical issues related to raw materials, track and prepare qualified molds and fixtures, and provide on-site production and testing process guidance
7.负责产品生产异常及客户投诉相关技术类问题的分析改进
Responsible for analyzing and improving technical issues related to product production anomalies and customer complaints
8.优化产品设计，降低产品成本
Optimize product design and reduce product costs

Qualifications:

岗位要求Job requirements：
1、本科以上学历，材料、机电、机械设计制造、自动化等相关专业
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in materials, electromechanical, mechanical design and manufacturing, automation and other related fields
2、5年以上过滤器及滤芯产品研发相关工作经验，熟悉行业标准，掌握过滤相关产品的原理、应用与加工制造工艺
Over 5 years of work experience in the research and development of filters and filter elements, familiar with industry standards, and proficient in the principles, applications, and manufacturing processes of filter related products
2、熟练使用CAD、Pro/E等设计软件，英语可作为工作语言
Proficient in using design software such as CAD, Pro/E, with English as the working language
4、有机加工/钣金/冲压/模具/焊接/热处理/流体行业等相关工作经验优先考虑
Priority given to relevant work experience in organic processing, sheet metal, stamping, molds, welding, heat treatment, fluid industry, etc
