Site EHS and FM Lead

Responsibilities:

EHS aspect EHS方面: Responsible for leading site EH&S team for site-level environmental health and safety infrastructure. Responsible for ensuring site EH&S operations are in compliance with National and Local EH&S regulations, as well as Johnson & Johnson EH&S Standards. Partner with site leadership teams to establish and implement site EH&S strategy and Management Action Plan (MAP) in alignment with the MedTech and/or franchise commercial strategic imperatives and R&D.

The position will support the deployment and implementation of EH&S by design for the large-scale projects of site. she/he will define and roll-out the EH&S management systems/processes and ensure that the EH&S design specifications are verified on their functionality via design reviews and field verifications (e.g. FAT). Assure that any non-compliances with the local legislation and J&J EH&S requirements are flagged, communicated to the appropriate management level and mitigated to an acceptable risk-level. 

The position as one member of China Campus EH&S Leadership team will support/coordinate China Campus EH&S specific programs/strategy e.g. China SME program and regulatory compliance program etc.

Facility management aspect设施管理方面: Follow up JNJ policy of EH&S strictly, as well as Production Safety Law and relevant local regulations on the post safety responsibilities. Follow up procedures and work instruction, correctly use PPE and participate training. Contribute to continuous improvement the EH&S working process of facility systems to eliminate potential risk. 

Responsible for leading site FM systems and team to ensure the high efficient and stable operation of facilities systems including purified water system, HVAC system, clean steam systems, incubator, power system, fire-fighting system, waste water treatment, chilled water/cooling water system, compressed air system and soft service within the scope of FM, and be responsible for the preventive maintenance, innovation, change control and non-conformance handling of those systems, ensure the systems and process complying with GMP and EH&S requirements. Also drive for the cost effective operation of these systems.
