Responsibilities:

1.Develop and maintain long-term cooperation with Fortune 500 chemical & industrial clients, understand their staffing demands, make customized recruitment and flexible staffing plans including dispatch and outsourcing schemes.
2.Conduct end-to-end headhunting work: demand confirmation, talent mapping, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation, reference check and onboarding follow-up.
3.Source hard-to-find talents in petrochemical, marine engineering, construction, automation, electrical engineering, IT, finance and administration fields via multiple channels.

Qualifications:

Chinese can be used as a working language.
