Responsibilities:

‑ Source and screen high‑calibre project management & engineering‑technical candidates against project hiring requirements, hit daily KPIs for resume delivery and interview scheduling.
‑ Conduct candidate outreach via phone, present job opportunities, arrange interviews, answer questions and manage pre‑ & post‑interview coordination.
‑ Own full‑cycle recruitment: track interview rounds, re‑interviews and onboarding. Update progress in real‑time, mitigate candidate drop‑offs and secure delivery performance.
‑ Organise and categorise engineering candidate profiles, maintain and enrich the talent pool, nurture pipeline talents on an ongoing basis to build long‑term industry networks.
