JOB SUMMARY:
Perform Repair and Maintenance and related activities on all Tooling used for manufacturing of the product, in co-ordination with immediate superior to ensures all Manufacturing Plans are executed smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the unit's day-to-day user support activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of user problems and concerns with respect to core computer hardware and software.
- Receive Job and Work Instruction from immediate superior. Repair and Maintain all Tooling as per request to guarantee good Quality and Repeatability.
- To ensure Tooling is always maintained in excellent condition and improve Die and Machine Utilization and Quality of Product. Meet & Continuously Improve KPI commitments.
- Lead and Guide a group of Technicians in the Section and follow up tooling performance.
- Keep record of Tooling Maintenance – through implemented documents.
- Proper and Timely feed back to immediate superior for – function, quality, repair and Maintenance difficulties of Tooling.
- Optimizing New Tooling and Design and give feed back to concerned departments through implemented documents.
- Review and Analyze Quality Issues of running Product and Debug problems on Tooling.
- Initiate and follow up corrective actions on Quality Issues, Process Improvements and Design Improvements.
- Improve Working Methods, House Keeping and Discipline in the Shop Floor. Practice safe Working Methods in handling Tooling and Equipment. (Lean Activities).
- Perform other duties and assume accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.

Qualifications:

- Education Required: Diploma or Higher in Tool & Die Field.
Skill Required:
- Effective Management and Communication Skill
- Must be a good team worker
- Good Command in English
- A candidate can relocate to Thailand.
- Experience: 3 years.
