Responsibilities:

We are looking for Service Manager - Engineering（Duty Engineer）, we rely on you to:

Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are carried out on time during shift.
Receive, assign, and follow up on all work orders and maintenance orders.
Handle technical drawings, as well as records and inventory of stock preparation.
Troubleshoot, operate, repair, and maintain, ensuring that all equipment within the area is clean and in proper working condition.
On the premise of ensuring safe operation and the business style, strive to save energy consumption and pay attention to the new concept of environmental protection.
Supervise the construction of important maintenance and renovation projects, and control the quality and progress.
Assist external construction units in their construction work in this hotel to ensure the project quality.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

A junior college degree or above in an engineering major.
With more than 3 years of work experience in equipment maintenance and management.
Have certain communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems.
Those with work experience in hotels will be given priority.
