Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Assist account managers in proactively developing international markets, provide timely and efficient technical backing, and collaborate with account managers to achieve overseas sales targets.

协助客户经理积极开拓国际市场,及时高效提供支撑,配合客户经理完成海外销售目标。

2. Take charge of full-lifecycle technical support for the company’s overseas product lines, including pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales technical services, consultation, training, project supervision and other related work.

主要负责公司海外产品线全流程技术支持工作,涵盖技术售前、售中、售后、咨询、培训、项目督导等各环节。

3. Design customized solutions based on project requirements, compile bidding documents, and lead technical communication and demand guidance for assigned clients.

根据项目需求设计解决方案、撰写标书,负责对接客户的技术交流与需求引导工作。

4. Support account managers with product quotation, solution drafting and customer service delivery.

协助客户经理完成产品报价、方案编制及客户服务相关工作。

5. Collect, analyze and prioritize customer demands, and feed back regional client requirements to the Solution Manager.

收集、分析并梳理客户需求优先级,将负责区域的客户需求同步反馈给解决方案经理。

6. Deliver technical guidance and training sessions for solution teams of international partners and clients.

面向国际合作伙伴与客户的方案团队开展技术指导及培训工作。


Qualifications:

1. Able to communicate proficiently in both Russian and Chinese for daily work; candidates with experience studying in China are preferred.

俄语、中文均可作为工作语言;有俄罗斯来华留学背景者优先。

2. Possess professional technical support capabilities for electronic products, familiar with standard overseas customer technical support workflows and practices; minimum 1 year of overseas customer support experience, with overseas business trip experience for on-site client service highly preferred.

具备电子产品海外技术支持专业能力,熟悉海外客户技术支持流程与方法;拥有 1 年以上海外客户支持经验,有海外驻场服务客户出差经历者优先。

3. Have solid insight and practical experience in identifying demands for electronic products, capable of systematically sorting out market demands and defining products matching client needs.

具备电子产品需求挖掘相关认知与实操经验,可清晰梳理市场需求、定义适配客户的产品。

4. Strong team player with the ability to coordinate closely with sales teams to deliver comprehensive customer support.

具备良好团队协作意识,能够配合销售团队完成客户技术支撑工作。

5. Reside permanently in Moscow, Russia.

长期定居俄罗斯莫斯科。
