Responsibilities:
- Host regular TikTok live streams targeting the US market, introduce our plus-size women's clothing products in fluent English, including product features, fabric, size details, wearing effects and matching skills, to attract audience attention and stimulate purchase desire.
- Interact actively with the live stream audience, respond to their questions about products (size, quality, shipping, return policy, etc.) in a timely and patient manner, build a good relationship with the audience, enhance audience stickiness and trust in the brand.
- Cooperate with the operation team to formulate live stream plans, including product selection, live stream scripts, preferential activities and promotion strategies, to ensure the smooth progress of live streams and achieve sales targets.
- Show the wearing effect of plus-size clothing in person (must be a plus-size figure), fully display the advantages of the products, guide the audience to place orders, and improve the conversion rate of live streams.
- Collect audience feedback and market demand during live streams, timely feed back to the company's product and operation teams, and provide suggestions for product optimization and live stream effect improvement.
- Maintain the company's brand image during live streams, abide by TikTok platform rules and relevant regulations, and avoid any behaviors that may damage the brand or violate platform regulations.
- Cooperate with the team to complete other related work related to TikTok live sales, such as short video shooting and promotion, to expand the brand influence in the US plus-size women's clothing market.
