Responsibilities:

Teaching & Learning

-Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to secondary school students in line with the British curriculum.

-Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.



Student Assessment & Progress

-Assess, track, and report on student performance, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

-Identify and address diverse learning needs to help all students achieve their full potential.



Curriculum Contribution

-Collaborate with colleagues to plan, develop, and enhance the English curriculum and teaching resources.



Pastoral Care & School Community

-Support students’ overall well-being and personal development as part of the school’s pastoral framework.

-Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, contributing actively to the school community.



Professional Development & Collaboration

-Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

-Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to maintain high academic standards and share best practices.


Qualifications:

We are looking for a dedicated Secondary English Teacher to join our British-style K12 school in Hangzhou. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English education and contributing to the holistic development of students.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Benefits:

• Accommodation: Provided and paid for by the school (on-campus or off-campus apartment)

• Flight Allowance: RMB 10,000 per employee per year

• Relocation Allowance: RMB 5,000 for the first school year
