This position is primarily responsible for overseas channel development and client maintenance for the company’s inbound tourism business, with a strategic focus on the European, American, Russian, and Central Asian source markets. The role aims to build a stable overseas partnership system, achieve annual signing and revenue targets, and drive scalable growth of the inbound tourism business.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Market Development
Conduct overseas market research; identify and develop cooperative channels such as overseas travel agencies, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operators, and overseas study tour/educational institutions.
Business Negotiation & Communication
Handle full-process business communication and negotiations in English; formulate cooperation proposals and pricing; finalize key contractual terms with partners.
Internal Coordination
Collaborate with internal operations (tour planning), reception, and other cross-functional teams to oversee the entire business process and properly address post-sales issues.
Business Expansion
Maintain existing overseas client relationships, deepen channel value, and develop high-value-added services such as customized tours, business inspection trips, and exhibition reception services.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in international travel fairs/trade shows; review business performance data; continuously refine client acquisition and conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or above, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in inbound tourism overseas BD or overseas channel development; familiar with inbound tourism operations and international cooperation models.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian, Spanish, or French is a plus.
Proven overseas channel resources and experience in handling large-scale inbound projects are preferred.
Strong negotiation and collaboration skills; result-oriented, resilient under pressure, and willing to accept short-term overseas business trips.
