We have deep roots in China's inbound tourism market, with a particular focus on high-end immersive cultural experiences. We are now seeking an overseas sales elite who is passionate about Chinese culture. Leverage your native language advantage and cultural resonance to tell China's stories to the world and bring truly profound travel experiences to overseas industry partners.
Responsibilities:
【Job Responsibilities】
1. Overseas Customer Development and Relationship Maintenance
Proactively identify and develop tourism tour operators and high-end custom travel agencies in global target markets, establish stable cooperative relationships, and take responsibility for final sales performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Product Marketing and Sales Conversion
As the core promoter of the company's high-end immersive cultural inbound product line, accurately convey product value and unique experiences to overseas customers. Lead business negotiations, product pricing, and contract signing to drive efficient order conversion.
3. Market Intelligence and Demand Feedback
Deeply listen to and accurately understand overseas customers' customized needs and end tourists' experience requirements. Systematically collect, organize, and analyze market dynamics and competitor information, regularly output high-quality feedback to operations and product teams to provide key directional suggestions for product iteration and development.
4. Target Market Research and Profiling
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to conduct special research on different source countries (such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, etc.). Deeply insight into customer behavior preferences and consumption trends in each market, draw clear and actionable user profiles to support differentiated marketing strategies.
5. Exhibition Travel and Brand Promotion
Represent the company at international tourism exhibitions and industry forums in various countries. Effectively convey the company's value proposition and brand advantages through engaging presentations and business discussions. Efficiently collect, screen, and manage valuable customer leads, and promote lead conversion into business opportunities after the event.
6. Cross-departmental Resource Integration
As the core hub connecting overseas customers and internal teams, closely collaborate with operations, product, visa, and quality control departments to ensure that customer needs are fully understood and delivered with high quality. Timely resolve various issues in cooperation.
Qualifications:
【Qualification Requirements】
Mandatory Requirements:
· Identity and Language: Foreign national, fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Chinese, able to communicate seamlessly with the Chinese team as a working language.
· Cultural Passion: Have an inner strong interest and certain understanding of Chinese culture, history, and tourist destinations. Be able to vividly and infectiously tell China's stories to overseas markets.
· Core Soft Skills: High emotional quotient, excellent cross-cultural interpersonal communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities, able to flexibly advance work in a multicultural environment.
· Industry Experience: Have sales, marketing, or business development experience in the tourism industry, with a clear understanding of the tourism industry chain. Experience in inbound tourism is preferred.
· Travel and Residence: Able to adapt to international business trips and willing to be based in Beijing (the company supports processing legal work permits and residence procedures).
Preferred Conditions:
· Background in Marketing, Tourism Management, or related fields.
· Fluent in one or more additional languages such as English, French, German, or Spanish besides Chinese.
· Possess existing overseas tour operator or high-end custom travel customer network resources.
· Have previous experience living or working in China, familiar with Chinese business culture and interpersonal interaction methods.
