Job Details:

Responsibilities:

"Process weekly and monthly payroll
Monthly and weekly payroll validation and distribution
Social insurance monthly enrollment
Housing fund monthly enrollment
Entity annuity monthly enrollment
Tax monthly enrollment
Incentive plan OIP calculation/SIP calculation/CSIP calculation
Annual payroll project support, e.g. AOP, Merit Increase
Labor cost analysis, Full loaded cost estimation,etc
Participate in payroll process optimization and operation model
Participate in payroll project
Join in external and internal audit
Participate in market survey
Others task assigned by managers"


Qualifications:

"University degree
3-5 years payroll operation experience,SAP system experience is a definite advantage
Good knowledge on China payroll laws and regulations,familiar with different cities policy is a definite advantage
Good problem solving skill and analytical skills
Strong sense of responsibilities and fast learner
Details oriented and sensitive to data
Skilled in managing priorities, workflow, handling multiple projects and meeting deadline
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will also be considered for as Assistant HR Officer
