Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Know customer and develop the target market. Follow up responsible customers in one’s own accounts and optimize the use of expenses budget.
Manage suitable distributor network, assist and monitor performance of distributors to ensure yearly target is achieved.
Support distributors to have a better coverage of end users.
Develop and maintain customers, increase in-market sales
Observe competitors closely and cooperate with tendering team and follow up the process in the area

Market data collection and provide insights to area manager in a regular basis
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and responsible for VIP account management in respective Emerging market

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements of the Job:You holds Bachelor or Master Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science discipline and/or Business Degree，and good command of MS office software application

You should have:

At least 5 years’ similar sales experience in the relevant industry, with marketing and channel development experience will be a plus
Conversational communication in both spoken and written English
