Job Profile:

Starting Date: August 2026;



Location: Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province;

Position: Principal or Vice Principal(Kindergarten and Primary Department), candidates who have coordinator experience in China are preferred;


Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the academic work leading to IB(PYP)accreditation within 2 years of operations.

2. Responsible for the management of curriculum, ensuring the curriculum is challenging, inquiry-based, appropriate and engaging for international students which prepares them for life.

3. Ensure the achievement of excellent academic standards of the school, whereby each child can fully realize the potential.

4. To Manage initial and ongoing teachers and staff recruitment and management; students recruitment and admissions; students and staff welfare; school budget management; marketing and communications public relations, etc.

5. Address and respond to student issues/emergencies as needed.

6. To do teaching related works, the maximum teaching session for each week is 10.

7. Any other duties that are deemed necessary by the school board as part of the job performance.


Qualifications:

1. Native English Speakers;

2. Qualified teaching certification;

3. Master degree in education, PhD in education preferred;

4. At least 5 years teaching experience and prefer having IB coordinator experience;

5. Academic leadership experience in same type Schools;

6. A commitment to the principles of child-centered, inclusive education;

7. Clear understanding of and support for the Mission of the school;

8. Leading the use of technology to improve teaching and learning;
