We have established two supply chain management and manufacturing companies in Chancheng District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. Since then, we have collaborated with clients in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Africa. We are engaged in import and export trade in most countries and regions around the world.
Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing company operations and managing all functional departments under your scope. Organize and establish company policies, develop and implement business procedures, and take full responsibility for all work within your jurisdiction.
Collect and analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor information to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Each November, lead the formulation of the company's annual marketing strategy, marketing mix, plans, and budgets. Once approved, organize implementation, track performance, and promptly adjust when exceptions arise.
Build and manage the marketing team — plan organizational structure, set job roles, determine staffing levels, and establish a marketing network.
Develop product promotion programs, establish a market information system, set product pricing, and supervise the execution of product supply, quality, and pricing policies.
Supervise sales targets, payments collection, and customer satisfaction, and organize corrective actions when deviations occur.
Lead new product project proposals and feasibility studies, participate in product development and trial production, and promote the commercialization of R&D results.
Coordinate with key clients for contract signing and tenders; conduct regular visits to major customers; analyze customer data; maintain strong customer relationships; and identify potential needs.
Supervise contract fulfillment and after-sales service, handle major customer complaints, track solutions, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Based on order and delivery plans, guide the business department in preparing annual and quarterly demand forecasts.
Lead negotiations, review, and signing of major marketing contracts.
Plan and organize new product development and project initiation according to market demand and customer requirements.
Provide technical and process support for new products, technologies, and processes.
Oversee product cost estimation, process optimization, and the establishment of related systems and workflows.
Conduct performance evaluations and training for team members on business skills and performance targets.
Complete work tasks assigned by the General Manager and meet management objectives, including any special or temporary assignments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
English proficiency: CET-6 or above (equivalent to advanced English, fluent in professional communication).
More than 5 years of experience in the furniture industry, specifically in foreign trade marketing director or similar senior management roles.
