Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Organize and establish the Trade Department, develop departmental work plans and related budgets, and oversee all daily management activities of the department.

Develop and plan import/export business processes, collect and analyze key industry data, and actively expand both domestic and international markets.

Negotiate and sign major trade contracts, supervise their execution, and handle relevant business matters.

Maintain communication and relationships with key clients, including regular follow-ups and relationship management.

Manage trade department personnel, including performance evaluation, assessment, training, rewards, and disciplinary actions.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade or a related field.

Over 5 years of experience in import/export business management; experience in foreign-invested or multinational companies is a plus.

Familiar with import/export business processes, international trade laws, and regulations; strong professional knowledge and trade management skills.

Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; proficient in using office software.

Strong leadership and organizational abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, creativity, teamwork spirit, service-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
