Sous chef of the western kitchen is the deputy director of the grassroots operation in the kitchen of the western restaurant. In the kitchen that is in charge, the chef is assisted by the chef to carry out the work. The chef of the western kitchen should have the skills to handle the daily work of the department, good cooking techniques and certain management, organization and command capabilities. Responsibilities:
1、Strictly follow the rules and regulations of the hotel and the working procedures of the department.
2、Assist the chef in supervising the operation and performance of the kitchen staff.
3、Assist the chef in making the kitchen production.
4、Assist the chef to check the daily stocking and food preservation.
5、Assist the chef to check the standard and quality of each product.
6、Assist the chef to grasp the work of each kitchen.
7、Responsible for the clean and sanitary production of the kitchen, the management of food hygiene and personal hygiene of employees, and the safety and hygiene of foods to meet the standards.
8、Complete other tasks assigned by the boss.
