- On-Site Video Production (IG Reels & TikTok): Conceptualize, shoot, record, and edit engaging educational/lecture-style and business-focused videos in Shanghai. You must understand pacing, strong hooks, lighting, audio setup, and modern retention-editing styles.

- LinkedIn B2B Content Writing: Write authoritative, high-converting LinkedIn posts, articles, and carousels tailored to a B2B audience. Translate real business operations and industry insights into compelling narratives that build trust and generate inbound leads.

- AI-Driven Execution: Actively utilize AI tools (for scriptwriting, research, voice/audio enhancement, B-roll generation, auto-captioning, and workflow automation) to execute tasks faster and at a higher standard.

- Content Strategy & Repurposing: Turn a single core topic or lecture video into multiple content assets across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, maintaining a consistent and premium brand voice.
