Answer daily incoming calls from Japanese users and answer business inquiries from banks
Responsibilities:
1. Inquire about the progress of express remittance of the four major banks, understand the needs of customers, provide customers with correct consulting services and provide professional solutions;
2. Make necessary outgoing call return visits to the problems that cannot be solved in time;
3.Timely learning of new business knowledge, to provide customers with high-quality professional services.
Qualifications:
1. High school degree or above, fluent in Japanese
2. Good at communicating with others, strong language expression and organization ability, clear speech
3. Good English ability
4. Good problem solving ability, customer service ability, active listening, can effectively identify customer needs and provide solutions
