We have an exciting opportunity for a graduated BSc to join our synthetic chemistry laboratories in Suzhou China. The successful candidate will join our R&D team to execute lab work using provided synthetic routes and solve practical problems through the application of chemical synthesis, design, testing and development.
Responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities:
• Synthesis of compounds or study of new synthetic route
• Design proper producing process, and start project after approved by supervisor
• Overcome synthetic problems by making appropriate modifications of reaction conditions
• Keep accurate, legible and complete records of all experiments on a timely basis
• Proper storage and maintenance of experimental instruments and equipment, cleaning and maintenance of laboratory

Qualifications:
Requirements:
• Bachelor or above degree in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry
• At least two years Job experience
• In-depth understanding of modern synthetic organic chemistry and solid experimental laboratory skills Previous experience with preparation of novel chemical structures or optimization of synthetic route for scale up is highly desired
• Strong capability of reading and understanding literatures written in English
• Knowledge of MS Office, ability to type and competent use of word and excel
• Able to work within a team, communicating confidently both in writing and orally, often under pressure to meet deadlines
