Field Coach - KENDO

Responsibilities:

• Support Promotions that are in the respective regions, or join in National Mega Promotions
• Conduct effective in-class training
• Ensure achievement of sales target by month by door in assigned doors (around 15 doors)
• Ensure brand image and market ranking
• Daily counter maintenance and management
• Build up and maintain good relationship with Sephora stores
• Work hand in hand with external agency to ensure deliverance of execution and sales in store

Qualifications:

• At least 4 to 5 years beauty retail experience, especially sales driven
• Strong sales skills
• Great in training/coaching and communication skills
• Willing to travel
