Manage finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Expense Management, and related processes.
Enhance and streamline finance processes, policies, and operating procedures across the Group.
Deliver finance transformation projects, including ERP optimization, automation, RPA, OCR, and other digital initiatives.
Monitor operational performance metrics and promote continuous process improvement.
Maintain effective internal controls, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
Work with business, HR, procurement, and IT functions to improve operational efficiency and process consistency.
Develop team capabilities and maintain effective day-to-day operations.
Participate in organizational development, integration projects, and process enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
15+ years of finance experience, including 5+ years in finance operations management.
Experience with finance transformation, process optimization, and digital initiatives.
Solid knowledge of accounting, internal controls, and compliance.
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
Experience in listed companies or large corporate groups preferred.
