Qualifications:

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Linguistics, TESOL (Master’s preferred)
Education-based degree and/or iPGCE / PGCE required; QTS/Teaching License preferred
Strong understanding of ELT theory & practice
Experience in international primary/middle school teaching
Leadership experience with international faculty preferred
Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, curriculum design, academic management is an advantage
