To work as kindergarten homeroom teachers to teach kids of 3-6 years old in an IB kindergarten

Responsibilities:

Teaching location: Ningbo city, Zhejiang province ( a coastal city)
Kids age;2-6
Class size:around 20-25
Starting time:Late August 2026
Serve as both Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher and English Academic Leader.
Besides daily classroom teaching, take charge of the overall English curriculum design, academic supervision and operation of the whole kindergarten English program.

Qualifications:

Open for native English speakers only;
Better to be under 45 years old;
Hold Bachelor's degree at least;
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certified;
Have at least 24 month kindergarten teaching experience after getting bachelor's degree certificate;

Benefit:

▪ Base Salary: RMB 23,000 (pre-tax, monthly)
▪ Position Allowance: RMB 4,000 (pre-tax, monthly)
▪ Housing Allowance: RMB 3,000 (pre-tax, monthly)
▪ Annual Performance Bonus: RMB 15,000 (pre-tax, subject to year-end evaluation)
