Job Profile:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Partnership Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on the internal execution and maintenance of partnerships – ensuring that all collaborations run smoothly, contracts are managed properly, and internal processes are well documented and followed.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct daily communication and relationship maintenance with signed partnerships, including regular check-ins (monthly/quarterly) to ensure smooth collaboration and high partner satisfaction.

● Handle partnerships requests and day-to-day issues promptly, working to maintain strong partnership renewal rates.

● Coordinate joint campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring on-time completion of all activities.

● Manage contract renewals, clause updates, payment follow-ups, and track partnerships data and campaign performance.

● Maintain CRM with all partnerships contacts, communication logs, contract terms, and historical activities – ensuring full and up-to-date documentation.

● Build and maintain partnership SOPs , and create a platform wiki with one-page summaries per partnerships – keeping it accurate and complete.

● Work with internal technical teams to escalate partnerships technical requests or issues and track resolution progress until closed.

● Work with the internal community team: hold a weekly meeting to share partnerships updates and feedback, and coordinate member recruitment and asset preparation for joint campaigns – ensure consistent follow-through and execution.

● Work with marketing and product teams to align new product launch campaigns on partnerships.

● When a new partnership is signed, take over using a standard handover checklist to ensure a seamless transition with no handover-related issues.


Qualifications:


Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience in BD support, account management, partnership operations, or similar roles.

● Strong project management skills – detail-oriented and reliable.

● Excellent documentation and process-building abilities.

● Fluent in English (written and spoken) – able to communicate professionally with global platforms.

● Nice to have: experience with CRM tools, and familiarity with cam sites or live streaming platforms.
