Responsibilities:
Technical Support
Master core UAV autopilot technologies; fully grasp our autopilot’s principles, specifications, strengths and applicable scenarios. Provide Malaysia-based overseas support including technical docking, product consultation, technical proposal drafting and on-site commissioning.
Market Development
Conduct market research and industry analysis in Malaysia, develop clients and distribution channels. Based on local regulations, market conditions and customer demands, design localized marketing & expansion plans to secure overseas orders and optimize business operations.
China-Malaysia Business Liaison
Leverage fluent Chinese, English and Malay to facilitate communication between domestic teams and Malaysian partners & clients. Cover business negotiations, technical exchanges, document translation and project follow-up to ensure smooth overseas operations.
Brand & Account Management
Build extensive connections within Malaysia’s UAV industry, maintain long-term client and channel relationships. Collect market feedback and competitor intelligence to support product iteration and marketing strategy adjustment, boosting local brand recognition and market share.
Special Overseas Projects
Execute ad-hoc tasks aligned with the company’s global strategy for Malaysian business, such as project tracking, document sorting and integration of local resources.
