Responsibilities:

协助总校长及学术校长中外籍教师团队建设，职业发展与考核评估； Faculty & Teaching: Assist the President and academic Principal to build an international team, oversee teaching, professional development and evaluation; oversee foreign
teachers

理念与文化：执行理事会的国际化学校办学定位、教育理念，建立、 沉淀校园文化； Philosophy & Culture: Deliver school international education
positioning and philosophy in line with the School Board, and build school culture

学生活动：促进和组织学生参加丰富多彩的课外活动及俱乐部活动，发展学生个人兴趣；Students activities: Promote and organize Students’ Extra-curriculum activities and clubs to develop students’ interests.

品牌招生：协助和支持市场招生活动和品牌建设；Branding & Admission: Support marketing events and brand building

家校联系：协助和支持家校关系和家校联合会 PTO 工作；Parent School Connection: Support parent-school relations and PTO

友校联动：参与和支持集团的各项重要活动；The School Networking: Participate in and support all key internal events within the group.

公共关系：协助和支持学校完成上级主管部门和社区政府的各项工
作要求。Public Relations: Support the school to complete or execute the work
requirements of the local authorities (the Bureau of the Education), community
and the government.（三） 基本职责 Basic Duties & Responsibilities：
学生与办学安全：与学校校级领导一同共同负责学校与学生安全，包括
不限于办学安全（符合中国政府和教育部门的政策法规）；生命安全；食品安全；
心理安全；教学安全；运动安全；消防安全等。
Campus safety and security: Work with administrators in ensuring campus safety
and security, including but not limited to compliance and operational safety
(consistent with Chinese laws and policies); safety in terms of physical body, food,
mind, teaching, sports and fire prevention
