Job Details:

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the company annual/quarterly reports and submit to headquarter.
2. Arrange daily communication with overseas headquarter.
3. Communicate with Local/International Law firm and related Legal Team for compliance.
4. Communicate with our financial team to conclude monthly/quarterly/annual Audit.
5. Be responsible for administration work related to headquarter.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law or Administration Management
- Native level or Native English speaker, Chinese is a must
- 1-2 years related working experience in European company
- Excellent writing skill
- Professional in computer skill
