Roblox Game Operations

Responsibilities:

* Participate in creative design and gameplay planning for Roblox games

* Assist with basic development, testing, and optimization

* Support overseas community promotion and game operations

* Gather and share player feedback, providing improvement suggestions

* Collaborate with the team to continuously drive game updates and iterations

Qualifications:

* Passionate about Roblox, with solid gameplay experience and platform familiarity

* Good communication skills in English (or other foreign languages)

* Interest in game design and user experience, with willingness to share ideas

* Experience with Roblox Studio or Lua scripting is a plus

* Experience in overseas social media operations or community management is a plus
