Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications:

1. Age: 30-45 years old. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from universities ranked in the top 200 globally by QS World University Rankings. Majors in Liberal Arts, Business, Materials Science, Chemistry, Automation, or related fields. Experience: Over 8 years of senior management experience, with excellent leadership, team management skills, and a strong business acumen.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of senior management experience in Fortune Global 500 companies or well-known international enterprises in the new energy or new materials sectors. Proficiency in advanced management concepts and methodologies is required.
3. Market Expertise: In-depth research and practical experience in market strategy planning, market development, and market management.
4. Market Sensitivity: Strong market perception and the ability to keenly grasp market dynamics and directions. Capable of managing large-scale projects.
5. Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong team collaboration, organizational and planning abilities, and excellent communication skills.
6. Professional Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility and career ambition, meticulous and results-oriented approach, energetic, and able to handle significant work pressure.

Benefit:

1. Base Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 RMB per month.
2. Performance Bonus: 500,000 - 1,000,000 RMB per year.
