Taizhou University CSUSB College of
Engineering is a non-independent
legal entity Sino-foreign cooperative education institution officially approved by the Ministry of Education of China. Jointly established
by Taizhou University and California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB),
the college will enroll its first undergraduate cohort in 2026 (total planned
scale: 1,080 students).

CSUSB is ranked 92nd among U.S.
public universities (2025 U.S. News) and is widely recognized for its
high-quality undergraduate education.Our college adopts a 4-year “3+1” dual-campus & dual-degree model:
students complete the first 3 years at Taizhou University and the 4th year at
CSUSB. Graduates who meet all requirements will receive a graduation
certificate from Taizhou University and bachelor’s degrees from both Taizhou University and CSUSB.

We offer 3 undergraduate majors:
Biological Science, Applied Chemistry, and Environmental and Ecological
Engineering. We integrate advanced Chinese and American educational concepts,

Deliver high-quality,
student-centered English lectures

Develop course syllabi,
teaching materials, assignments and exams

Grade student work and
maintain academic records

Hold regular office hours
for student consultation

development and joint teaching research

Cooperate with program
management and academic affairs

Qualifications:

1. 1. PhD degree in Chemistry,
Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Chemistry or closely related
fields

2. 2. At least 2 years of
full-time undergraduate teaching experience at an accredited college or
university

3. 3. Native English speaker
(U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Ireland)

4. 4. Ability to teach foundational
chemistry courses effectively in English

5. 5. Good communication,
cross-cultural cooperation and teamwork skills

6. 6. Passion for teaching,
patient and responsible to students

7. 7. Prior teaching or research
experience in China is highly preferred

8. 8. Abide by Chinese laws and
university regulations
