Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Native English-speaking Primary UOI / ESL Teacher to join an international/bilingual school in Guangzhou. The successful candidate will support young learners through engaging English instruction and inquiry-based learning experiences.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

Teach Units of Inquiry (UOI) and ESL courses for primary students
Develop engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with international curriculum frameworks
Support students’ English language development and academic growth
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with homeroom teachers and teaching teams
Participate in school activities and professional development programs

Qualifications:

Native English speaker
Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, English, or related field preferred
Teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / equivalent) preferred
Relevant ESL / Primary teaching experience preferred
Experience with PYP / inquiry-based learning is an advantage
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young learners
