Overseas Market Development Specialist

1. Market Development
Formulate development strategies for the overseas asphalt market, monitor real-time price trends of crude oil and asphalt products, and achieve assigned sales and payment collection targets.
2. Channel Construction
Establish and expand project information channels, formulate regional sales strategies for different asphalt product grades, and develop a network of overseas distributors and end customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Handle daily customer inquiries and receptions, establish and maintain complete customer files, conduct regular customer visits and relationship maintenance, and properly resolve product quality claims and logistics complaints.
4. Sales & Operation Management
Draft sales contracts and track contract execution, control payment and delivery risks, coordinate shipping schedules and logistics arrangements to ensure on-time delivery, and be responsible for document delivery and sample follow-up.
