Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for developing and optimizing new processes to ensure smooth transition of new products from R&D to mass production.
2、Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, including customer audits and specification compliance confirmation.
3、Drive the implementation of FIDM/DFM to enhance product manufacturability and reliability.
4、Evaluate, validate, and implement new technologies, processes, and materials.
5、Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues in production and continuously optimize process efficiency and yield.
6、Participate in the introduction and implementation of new quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949) to ensure compliance with international standards.
7、Regularly summarize project experiences, establish standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and provide training support.
Qualifications:
1、German nationality is preferred, with excellent English communication skills (listening and speaking). Native German speakers are a plus.
2、Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related field (Mechanical, Materials, Electrical Engineering, etc., preferred).
3、Experience in new product development or process optimization is preferred.
4、Familiarity with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949) and related development processes is a plus.
5、Practical experience in applying FIDM/DFM methodologies, with the ability to independently complete technology validation and implementation.
6、Proficient in using process analysis tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, DOE) and project management methods (e.g., APQP).
7、Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to adapt to an international work environment.
