Our curriculum is rooted in the rigorous German education system, ensuring a strong foundation in core subjects for grades 1-10. For our students in grades 11 and 12, it is planned to implement a qualification, which is recognised as a university entrance qualification in Germany and abroad.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Teaching & Learning
Plan, prepare, and deliver high - quality lessons in both German language and [Subjects], following the school's curriculum.
Employ a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
Integrate language learning objectives with [Subjects] content, promoting academic language skills across both disciplines.
Utilize educational technology effectively to enhance student learning and engagement.
2. Assessment & Reporting
Develop and administer formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress in both German and [Subjects].
Provide timely, constructive, and actionable feedback to students.
Maintain accurate records of student achievement and prepare comprehensive student reports.
Analyze assessment data to inform future teaching and intervention strategies.
3. Classroom Management & Student Support
Create a safe, respectful, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Establish and maintain clear expectations for student behavior and classroom routines.
Identify and support the individual learning needs of all students, including those requiring additional challenge or support.
4. Professional & Community Engagement
Collaborate actively with colleagues in both the Language and [Subject] departments.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, school - wide training, and professional development opportunities.
Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events, clubs, or committees.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certification
A Bachelor's degree in Education, German, [Subjects], or a closely related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
A valid teaching certification/license qualifying you to teach both German and [Subject] at the relevant school level.
Qualifications:
