Job Introduction
We are a manufacturing enterprise located in Dongguan, focusing on precision molds, automation and mechanical manufacturing. We now recruit Japanese overseas students as management trainees, with clear promotion paths toward professional engineers and management positions in quality, engineering, project management and mold departments.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements
Must be Japanese nationality, currently studying or graduated from universities in China; fluent in Japanese (mother tongue) and proficient in daily & professional Chinese communication.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Automation, Mold Design, Mechanical Engineering and related mechanical disciplines.
Able to understand mechanical drawings, basic knowledge of mold structure & automation equipment is preferred.
Hard-working, good communication skills, teamwork awareness, willing to develop in manufacturing industry for long term.
