Position: Business Development Executive (Contract / Freelance)

We are looking for reliable freelance sourcing and business development professionals in China to support our procurement projects. This is a flexible contract-based role suitable for individuals seeking part-time work.

You will assist with supplier sourcing, factory communication, quotation collection, and basic project coordination. Training and clear instructions will be provided.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

-Search and identify suppliers based on project requirements.
-Contact suppliers via WeChat, email, or phone.
-Request quotations and product information.
-Compare supplier pricing and prepare simple reports.
-Coordinate sample requests and shipment arrangements.
-Follow up with suppliers on production or delivery status.
-Translate basic English/Chinese communication when necessary.
-Provide regular project updates.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or above.
-Fresh graduates are welcome.
-Basic communication skills in Chinese and English.
-Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and WeChat.
-Responsible, honest, and able to meet deadlines.
-Previous sourcing or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
-Own computer and stable internet connection.
