Job Profile:

We are looking for a Part-Time PCB Sourcing Executive to identify and develop small and medium-sized PCB manufacturers in China. The successful candidate will research potential suppliers, evaluate their manufacturing capabilities, establish initial contact, collect company and production information, and maintain a qualified supplier database. The role also involves requesting quotations, comparing pricing, and supporting supplier qualification for customers in the electronics industry.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

-Research and identify small and medium-sized PCB manufacturers in China.
-Contact potential manufacturers via email, phone, WeChat, or other communication channels.
-Verify suppliers' manufacturing capabilities, certifications, production capacity, and quality systems.
-Collect quotations, lead times, and technical information.
-Build and maintain a database of qualified PCB manufacturers.
-Coordinate with the sourcing team to match suppliers with customer requirements.
-Prepare sourcing reports and supplier comparisons.

Qualifications:

-Experience in electronics, PCB manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage.
-Familiarity with PCB fabrication processes is preferred but not mandatory.
-Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
-Good internet research and communication skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
