Responsibilities:
The Finance Process Manager will be responsible for driving finance process standardisation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across finance functions. This role partners closely with finance, shared services, and business teams to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and support transformation projects.

Lead finance process review, optimisation, and standardisation initiatives across key finance functions.

Identify process gaps, operational risks, and inefficiencies, and develop practical improvement solutions.

Collaborate with Finance, Shared Service Centres, IT, and business stakeholders to implement process enhancements.

Drive finance transformation projects, including system implementation, process automation, and controls improvement.

Establish and maintain process documentation, policies, and operating procedures.

Monitor key process performance indicators and recommend corrective actions where required.

Support governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks to ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather business requirements and drive change management activities.

Provide training and guidance to finance teams on new processes and good practices.

Participate in regional and global projects related to finance operations and process excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Proven experience in finance operations, finance transformation, process improvement, or shared services environments.

Strong understanding of finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.

Demonstrated project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and different levels of the organisation.

Fluent English communication skills are preferred; additional language capabilities are a plus.
