About the Role

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee production and equipment quality. The specialist will work closely with Chinese engineers and managers, monitor production stages, assembly and testing, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with technical documentation and specifications.

Previous work experience is not required — we are open to motivated candidates with a strong technical background.

Responsibilities:

Read and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
Monitor production, assembly, and equipment testing at Chinese factories.
Track production timelines and control shipment schedules.
Communicate and negotiate with Chinese engineers, managers, and factory representatives.
Respond to technical questions from Chinese manufacturers.
Monitor compliance with approved requirements and technical documentation.
Prepare weekly reports on production status, identified issues, and deadlines.
Identify deviations and production issues promptly and communicate them to the relevant team members.

Qualifications:

- Technical or engineering education is required
- Must be currently located in China and/or willing to work in Jinhua.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- High level of attention to detail and responsibility.
- Strong analytical thinking and integrity.

A strong advantage:
Technical education in mechanical engineering, machine building, automation, or a related field.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Previous experience in manufacturing or working with technical documentation.
