About the Role

We are hiring 3 Supplier Quality Engineers in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China.

We work with a wide network of manufacturers across China, and we are looking for technically minded engineers who enjoy working on the factory floor, not just behind a desk. You will be our eyes on the ground at partner factories: checking production, assembly and equipment testing, working closely with Chinese engineers and managers, and making sure every product meets the specifications before it ships.

This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates with a strong technical background who want real hands-on experience in manufacturing and quality control. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

- Visit partner factories to monitor production, assembly and equipment testing on-site
- Read and analyze technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation
- Check that products comply with approved requirements, specifications and quality standards
- Work closely with Chinese engineers, managers and factory representatives; communicate and negotiate on technical and production issues
- Answer technical questions from manufacturers and coordinate solutions with the team
- Track production timelines and control shipment schedules
- Spot deviations and production issues early and report them promptly to the team
- Prepare weekly reports on production status, issues found and deadlines

Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Technical or engineering degree
- Fluent Chinese and good working English (both required)
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings
- High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Strong analytical thinking and integrity
- Currently based in China or ready to relocate to Jinhua

A strong advantage:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, machine building, automation or a related field
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control or working with technical documentation
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills
