Founded in 1991 as a school-affiliated factory, Chambroad Holding Group has evolved into a modern enterprise group backed by a charitable organization and a diverse group of entrepreneurial partners, committed to creating lasting value for both business and society. Focusing on segments of high performance materials, high-value-added chemicals, intelligent manufacturing equipment and integrated industrial service solutions, the company is committed to delivering high-quality products, services and innovative solutions for customers and partners worldwide.

Chambroad has over 11,000 employees and four large-scale production sites, operating in over 50 countries and regions. It ranked 254th on 2025 China Top 500 Enterprises List, reaching 110.8 billion yuan in revenue.

As an innovation-driven enterprise, Chambroad features eight R&D bases and 13 innovation collaboration centers with a team of over 1,100 members. The company has built an open innovation network, including the establishment of five national scientific research platforms, four postdoctoral scientific research workstations and postdoctoral innovation practice bases. To date, it has achieved more than 2,000 granted patents and over 40 PCT international patents.

The company has established a full-chain industry-academia-research ecosystem, accelerating the transformation of scientific research achievements. In collaboration with 11 university and enterprise partners, Chambroad has co-developed a Pilot Platform for Green Chemical and New Materials, successfully earning a place among the first batch of National Manufacturing Pilot Platforms. As of now, four projects, such as the Olefin Carbonylation Technology Development Platform, the Selective Oxidation Platform, and the Stirred Tank Reactor (STR) Digital Twin Pilot Project, have been nurtured through this platform to form new growth points for the industrial economy.

Chambroad’s industry-academia-research integrated model is also setting a new industry standard for talent development. The company pioneered the N1N model by collaborating with renowned universities both at home and abroad to jointly build a scientific research transformation base for practical training with real-world simulations. As of the present, over 14,000 teachers and students from more than 100 universities worldwide have benefited from this base.

The Chambroad Technology Award is a national industry award for science and technology funded by Chambroad. It aims to inspire more researchers to embrace innovation. Since its establishment in 2019, the Award has attracted participation from over 100 academicians and more than 1,000 university and school leaders in the organization, nomination, and selection procedures. Of all applications received, 94.59% came from universities in the Project 985, and 83.95% came from universities in the Project 211. To date, the initiative has honored 504 awardees.

Sustainability is a core part of Chambroad’s corporate strategy. It is advancing ESG performance and accelerating green transformation.
