The Chambroad Technology Award is a national industry award for science and technology funded by Chambroad. It aims to inspire more researchers to embrace innovation. Job Profile:

1、Standard Research and Benchmarking: Systematically study differences in asphalt mixture design specifications of target countries (e.g. Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia), and build a knowledge graph of country‑specific road technical standards；
2、Experimental Verification and Adaptation: Conduct reproducible tests simulating overseas pavement scenarios at the Hainan Mixture Laboratory, carry out gradation design for asphalt mixtures (including special‑type asphalt) and evaluate material compatibility (e.g. stone acidity‑alkalinity and adhesion performance)；
3、On‑site Technical Service: Assist in production commissioning and optimization of mixing plants at overseas construction sites, provide guidance on paving and compaction technologies, and rapidly tackle index abnormalities and emergencies arising from on‑site asphalt application；
4、Technical Marketing and Technology Export: Support the overseas sales team in technical marketing activities, deliver customized pavement solutions for clients, and promote the overseas implementation of proven Chinese pavement technologies (e.g. ultra‑thin overlay, high‑modulus asphalt).

Qualifications:

1、Academic Background: Majors in Highway and Railway Engineering, Civil Engineering (Traffic Building Materials), Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering and other related disciplines are preferred；
2、Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and proficient in English (capable of independently drafting English‑version test reports and construction guidelines as a working language). Candidates with native‑level command of target‑country languages (e.g. Vietnamese) are preferred；
3、Professional Skills: Familiarity with major domestic and international test standards for asphalt mixtures (e.g. ASTM, EN) is preferred. Internship experience in bulk road material testing or highway infrastructure projects is a plus；
4、Comprehensive Competencies: Identify with corporate culture, possess a strong business mindset of “business‑technology integration” and cross‑cultural communication skills, and be available for domestic and overseas business trips or local long‑term overseas assignments.
