About the role

Deliver Drama instruction across relevant grade levels, creating engaging and creative lessons that develop students’ confidence, collaboration, performance skills, and artistic expression
Plan and prepare lessons, assessments, and learning materials in line with curriculum requirements
Mark and evaluate student work, and write clear and accurate report comments
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and ongoing improvement
Assess and monitor student progress, setting clear goals to support achievement and growth
Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain clear communication with parents and caregivers
Create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment that promotes student development

Qualifications:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Recognized teaching qualification for the relevant age group
Minimum 3 years of secondary teaching experience
IB DP experience preferred
Good understanding of effective secondary teaching methods
Culturally aware and able to work well in a cross-cultural environment
